Where we are legally permitted to do so, we may refuse your request. If we
refuse your request we will always tell you the reasons for doing so.
2) Right to object
This right enables you to object to us processing your personal data where
we do so for one of the following reasons:
- because it is in our legitimate interests to do so (for further
information please see section 11 below);
- to enable us to perform a task in the public interest or exercise
official authority;
- to send you direct marketing materials; or
- for scientific, historical, research, or statistical purposes.
3) Right to withdraw consent
Where we have obtained your consent to process your personal data for
certain activities (for example, for marketing), you may withdraw this
consent at any time and we will cease to use your data for that purpose
unless we consider that there is an alternative legal basis to justify our
continued processing of your data for this purpose, in which case we will
inform you of this condition.
4) Right to erasure

situations, such as when:
- The data is no longer needed;

erase the data.
5) Right to restrict processing
You have the right to request that we restrict our processing of your
personal data in certain circumstances, for example if you dispute the
accuracy of the personal data that we hold about you or you object to our
processing of your personal data for our legitimate interests. If we have
shared your personal data with third parties, we will notify them about the
restricted processing unless this is impossible or involves
disproportionate effort. We will, of course, notify you before lifting any
restriction on processing your personal data.
6) Right to opt-out of targeted advertising
You have the right to opt-out of targeted advertising. This means you can
choose not to receive targeted ads based on your interests. To do so, you
can adjust your settings in our app or website, or follow the instructions
provided in the ads you see.
7) Right to rectification
You have the right to request that we rectify any inaccurate or incomplete
personal data that we hold about you. If we have shared this personal data
with third parties, we will notify them about the rectification unless this
is impossible or involves disproportionate effort. You may also request
details of the third parties that we have disclosed the inaccurate or
incomplete personal data to. Where we think that it is reasonable for us
not to comply with your request, we will explain our reasons for this
decision.
8) Right of data portability
If you wish, you have the right to transfer your personal data between
service providers. In effect, this means that you are able to transfer the
details we hold on you to another third party. To allow you to do so, we
will provide you with your data in a commonly used machine-readable format
so that you can transfer the data. Alternatively, we may directly transfer
the data for you.

You have the right to complain to a data protection authority about our
collection and use of your personal information.
8. How to Exercise Your Rights

which your request relates.
You may only make a CCPA-related data access or data portability disclosure
request twice within a 12-month period.
We are not obligated to make a data access or data portability disclosure
if we cannot verify that the person making the request is the person about
whom we collected information, or is someone authorized to act on such
person’s behalf.
Any personal information we collect from you to verify your identity in
connection with you request will be used solely for the purposes of
verification.
9. Account Deletion
You have the right to delete the account which you have registered with us
to access its products or services at any time. We will delete the account
after verifying your identity information. To ensure the security of your

the products or services provided by us. After you complete the deletion,
your account cannot be retrieved and your account data cannot be recovered.
Please maintain your account information properly.
10. Data Retention
We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill
the purposes for which it was collected, unless required by law or
regulation (e.g., tax authority requests or anticipated litigation) or to
enforce our agreements. Generally, we keep your data while providing
services to you and your account is active, and for a reasonable period
afterward if we continue offering you other services directly.
Once retention is no longer necessary, we will delete your personal data
from our systems. Although we strive to permanently erase it after the
retention period, some data may linger in our systems (e.g., awaiting
overwriting). For practical purposes, this data is effectively unusable—it
remains in electronic storage but is inaccessible and unused by our
employees.
11. Data Transfer and Security
All personal information processed by us may be transferred, stored, and
accessed globally, including in countries such as the United States or
others with data protection laws that differ from those in your
jurisdiction. We are committed to protecting your personal information in
accordance with applicable legal requirements.
For transfers of personal information originating from the European
Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom to countries deemed
insufficient under applicable data protection laws, we may implement
safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure adequate
protection.
We will take all reasonable precautions necessary to protect your personal
data from
1) loss, theft, misuse and interference;
2) unauthorised access, disclosure, use or modification.
Such measures will vary depending on the sensitivity, amount, format,
nature and storage of the information and will involve, as applicable,
physical, organizational and electronic security measures.
This includes, for example, the protection of passwords using industry
standard encryption, measures to preserve system security and prevent
unauthorised access and back-up systems to prevent accidental or malicious
